Parenting in Partnership

Children are a gift from God but raising them can be hard work! 

Let's do it together, in partnership with God, with each other and with the church. 

Please join us for monthly Friday evenings meetings were we will look at a specific aspect of parenting together, pray and support each other. Everyone who in involved with raising a child of any age is welcome along.

Each meeting will take place in Carrubbers, upstairs in the Pastors Office, from 7 til 8.30pm. Child care will be provided for primary aged children in the form of One Way Club which will be running in the church during that time (more information/registration).

Meeting dates and themes in 2025 are as follows:

  1. Friday the 14th of March - Screen and internet use using a resource from Care for the Family called "Left to their own devices".  Please see Left to their own devices
  2. Friday the 25th of April - Sensory stratagies we can use to support our children with Jess Hill
  3. Friday the 23rd of May - Part 1: Supporting our children's emotional wellbeing using a resource from Care for the Family called "A mind of their own".  Please see A mind of their own
  4. Friday the 20th of June - Part 2: Supporting our children's emotional wellbeing using a resource from Care for the Family called "A mind of their own".
