Even though you might not be in the position to spend time in the mission field now, you can still get involved. Below are just four ... read and consider whether you could be more involved in missionary support.
There are a number of ways you can get involved in supporting our missionaries.
Prayer. The monthly Call to Prayer at 7.00pm on the third Tuesday of each month includes a time of prayer focused on world missions. Check when the next prayer meeting is on the
calendar.
Finance. Financial support is vital to the ongoing work of missions. Carrubbers is commited to contributing a significant part of its annual budget towards missions. You can contribute to this by commiting a
standing order or one-off gift to Carrubbers. If you are a tax-payer, Carrubbers and the misisonaries it supports will benefit from the additional 25% the government adds in gift-aid. Alternatively you can contact a missionary directly if you wish to support them directly.
Writing. Why not write to a missionary who is abroad? They appreciate hearing from people back home. You don't have to have met them! It will also help you to pray more intelligently. You can find their contact details on their page from
